There isn't much to the character of Touro, besides being like the Charlie Brown of sexual webcomics, never being able to score and win the game (or more like the coyote, never being able to catch the road runner). Strip after strip he tries to get into the panties of established comic artist Madame X, and fails every time, due to bad timing, Madame X's casual indifference, and misunderstanding of Madame X's intentions for him.
ARTIST COMMENT:
Touro really has no design, but the situation is based on the situation that many of us 'comic artists' find ourselves in when we come across a woman artist who does erotic work. Erotic work is one thing, but a woman doing it adds to the mystery for some guys.
